Delivery Information

All our orders are delivered by DHL with express service and require a signature upon delivery. To track or make changes to your delivery, you can contact DHL directly through their portals. Also, please note that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. We are not able to deliver on Bank Holidays.

Please allow an extra five working days for engraved products.

Please note: Orders placed after the cut-off times or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following working day.


We are currently offering free UK delivery on all orders with a minimum spend of £200. If placing an order on Friday after 1 pm, your order will be processed on the next working day (Monday). Orders to UK Remote postcodes may be subjected to an additional 1-2 working days’ delivery time. Terms & Conditions apply.

Deliveries to certain postcodes in the Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands can take an additional five working days to be delivered. Please note that for both UK and international orders, delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, such as Brexit, customs delays, adverse weather conditions or an unexpected increase in demand. Please contact our Customer Service Team ( or DHL for an update relating to your order.

Tateossian does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes and BFPO addresses.


Please be aware that when a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes and duties. The amount to be paid depends on the type of goods and where they are produced (Country of Origin). As stated on our website, it is the customers’ responsibility to cover any duties and fees levied by their own country. If you do not pay this fee, local custom regulators will not release the package to you and will send it back to Tateossian head office in London. If the parcel is returned, the return charge will be deducted from your refund. For more information regarding customs duties, we advise all our customers to get in touch with their country’s Revenues and Customs office.
